TechCrunch Disrupt 2026 opened its third and final day at San Francisco’s Moscone West, drawing an audience of more than 10,000 founders, investors, and technology executives for presentations focused heavily on artificial intelligence and business scaling.
The closing schedule was highlighted by the Startup Battlefield final competition, where judges selected the event’s overall winner following earlier fast-pitch sessions in consumer and health sectors. Programming across the venue’s six industry stages included Amazon’s Panos Panay speaking on post-smartphone hardware, OpenAI’s Alexander Embiricos discussing future directions beyond chatbots, and presentations featuring leaders from AMD, Hugging Face, Anthropic, Databricks, and Replit.
Beyond the speaker tracks, the conference floor hosted more than 320 startup exhibition booths and a dedicated Pitch Showcase Stage featuring one-minute presentations. Attendees navigated networking across the event using Klik-enabled digital badges designed to log and transfer contact information directly into a companion mobile application.
