Lenovo’s Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 has earned Notebookcheck’s top rating of “Very good” after crossing the publication’s 88% overall evaluation threshold, driven by exceptional endurance and an extensive update policy.

Priced at $799, the premium Android slate features a 13-inch 4K display and runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Although the chipset is two years old, testing showed it retains sufficient performance for nearly all standard use cases, exhibiting limitations only during demanding tasks such as high-resolution video editing.

The tablet pairs that performance with a massive 12,700 mAh battery that achieved over 20 hours of runtime during Wi-Fi testing. Even with the large power cell, the chassis measures 6.1 millimeters thick and weighs 609 grams, sporting a refreshed build that Notebookcheck found sturdier and more refined than the previous generation.

Lenovo has backed the hardware with an extensive support window, committing to security patches until 2033 and operating system upgrades spanning through Android 24. For productivity setups, the device also supports an optional keyboard cover and stylus.
